Foot Massage & Reflexology in NYC Chinatown
A classic Chinese foot session: warm soak, then firm pressure work through the soles, arches and calves. It is the treatment most guests pick after a long day of walking the city or standing at work.

How we do it at our shop
Foot sessions at our Centre St #7A room are done in a reclining chair, not on a table, so you stay fully dressed with trousers rolled to the knee. The soak runs about 8 minutes in hot water with Chinese herbs, which softens the skin and makes the reflex points on the sole far less sharp under pressure.
The therapist then works the sole in a fixed order — heel pad, arch, ball of the foot, each toe — before moving up the achilles and calf, where most walking fatigue actually sits. Pressure is checked twice, once at the start of each foot; say 轻一点 or 'lighter' at any point and it is adjusted immediately, no need to endure it.
Because it is chair-based, foot work is the easiest treatment to fit into a short window: guests coming off the Canal St trains often take the 30-minute session between errands, while the 60-minute one adds shoulder and neck work at the end while your feet rest under a towel. Plan on leaving with a warm herbal smell on your feet; we do not wash it off, as it keeps working for an hour or so.
Skip foot work and choose a table treatment if you have an open wound, athlete's foot, a recent foot fracture, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy — tell us when you arrive and we will move you to something safe rather than turn you away.
