How to get and print your receipt

Four steps from paying at the front desk to holding a printed receipt you can scan.

   Pay at the front desk

   Tap, swipe or insert your card at the front desk, or pay with cash after your treatment.

2. 2

   Confirm amount, tax and tip

   The screen shows the treatment, amount, tax and tip before the payment is completed.

3. 3

   Take the printed receipt

   A 58mm thermal receipt prints with the reference number and a QR code; tear it off at the perforation.

   Scan the QR code or ask for email

   Scan the QR code to open that order on your phone, or ask the front desk to email the same receipt.

Receipt & payment questions

Do you give a receipt after a Chinatown massage?

Yes. Every card payment at our Chinatown shop prints a receipt with the reference number, time, treatment, amount, tax and tip, and we can email it as well.

What is the QR code on the receipt for?

Scan it with your phone camera to open that exact order online — you can check the amount, tip, tax and refund status without keeping the paper slip.

Can I get an itemised receipt showing tax and tip separately?

Yes. The receipt lists each treatment, the subtotal, sales tax and any tip on separate lines, so it works for expense reports.

I lost my receipt — can you reprint it?

Yes. Tell us the date and the last four digits of your card, or show the order page on your phone, and we can reprint the same receipt at the counter.

How do refunds appear on the receipt?

A refund prints its own receipt showing the original amount, the refunded amount, the remaining balance and the reason recorded by staff. Card refunds usually post in 5-10 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept in Chinatown?

We take tap-to-pay and chip cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cash. Tips can be added on the card terminal before you tap.
