Visiting us

Where exactly are you in Chinatown?
We are in Manhattan Chinatown, about a one minute walk from the Canal Street subway complex. Scan the walking route code on this page to open directions on your phone.
Are prices listed before I book?
Yes. Every treatment page shows the current price and duration, and the same numbers appear on the booking page before you confirm.
Do you speak Chinese and English?
Yes — our team serves guests in both Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
How often should I get a Chinatown massage for the best results?
Most regular guests come once a week for maintenance, or every two weeks if they sit at a desk all day. For chronic tightness, twice a week for the first month usually brings the most noticeable relief.
How far in advance should I book for my first visit?
Same-day bookings are often available, but reserving at least a few hours ahead guarantees your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome when we have an open room.
What should I avoid before or after a massage?
Avoid heavy meals and alcohol right before your session. Afterward, drink water and skip strenuous exercise for a few hours so your body can fully relax.

Foot Massage & Reflexology

How firm is the pressure?
You choose. Tell your therapist at any point to go lighter or deeper — traditional foot work can be strong, and it should never feel like pain you are enduring.
Do I need to undress?
No. Foot sessions are done fully clothed with your trouser legs rolled up.

Deep Tissue & Chinese Tuina Massage

Will I be sore afterwards?
Deep work can leave a mild next-day soreness, like after exercise. Drink water and tell us the pressure was too much next time so we can adjust.
Is this the same as tuina?
Our therapists work in the Chinese tuina tradition, so the session combines deep tissue pressure with tuina kneading and stretching rather than oil-only Western strokes.

Hot Stone Massage

Is the stone too hot?
The therapist tests every stone before it touches you and keeps checking. Say the word and we cool it down immediately.
Can I combine it with a body massage?
Yes. Many guests pair stones with an oil or deep tissue session — tell us when you arrive and we will plan the time together.

Facial Treatments

Can I go back to work afterwards?
Usually yes. If we do extractions, small red marks can show for a few hours, so plan a quiet evening if that matters to you.
Do you push package deals?
No. You pay per session at the listed price. Membership points build up on their own if you visit often.

Cupping Therapy

Will it leave marks?
Round marks are normal and usually fade within a few days to a week. Tell us if you have an event coming up and we can go lighter or skip areas.
Who should avoid cupping?
Tell us before we start if you are pregnant, on blood thinners, or have broken or very sensitive skin — we will suggest a massage option instead.

Men's Massage & Spa

Can you go really strong?
Yes — say so at the start and during the session. Pressure runs from medium to strong and we adjust as we go, so speak up any time it is too much or not enough.
What should I wear?
Comfortable loose clothing works for tuina-style pressure work. For oil-based deep tissue we provide what you need and you undress only to your comfort level, covered throughout in a private room.

Sports & Recovery Massage

Should I come before or after training?
Deeper work is best on a rest day or after training, not right before a hard session — muscles can feel a little loose or mildly sore for a day. A lighter session beforehand is fine.
Can you focus on just legs, or just back and shoulders?
Yes. Tell us at check-in and we spend the session on those areas instead of covering the whole body.

Oil Body Massage (Swedish)

Is oil massage the same as Swedish massage?
Yes — the flowing oil strokes people know as Swedish massage. Our therapists also blend in Chinese kneading where a spot needs more attention.
Will I leave feeling oily?
We wipe off the excess at the end, and you are welcome to freshen up before you head back out onto Canal St.

Aromatherapy Massage

Can I choose the scent?
Yes — we show you the options at check-in, and we can keep it unscented if you are sensitive to fragrance.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Tell us before we start. Some oils are avoided in pregnancy, so we will adjust the blend and the positions or suggest another treatment.

Traditional Gua Sha Therapy

Will it leave red marks?
Reddish marks along the strokes are normal and usually fade within a few days. Tell us if you have an event coming up and we work lighter.
Does it hurt?
It feels like firm scraping pressure, warm rather than sharp. Pressure is adjustable at any moment — say the word.

Slimming & Body Contouring Care

Will one session change my measurements?
We will not promise numbers. Most guests notice the area feels lighter and less puffy afterwards; lasting change comes from your own routine, with these sessions as support.
Is the pressure strong?
Sculpting work is firm by nature, but it is adjustable — tell your therapist at any point to ease off.

Head & Scalp Therapy

Is oil used in my hair?
Only if you want it. Say so at check-in and we keep the session dry, which suits a work day.
Can it help a headache?
Many guests come in with tension headaches and leave feeling lighter. We cannot treat medical conditions — see a doctor for headaches that are severe or new.

Japanese-Style Body Massage

Do I need to undress?
No. The session is done fully clothed — loose comfortable clothing works best.
Is it the same as shiatsu?
It follows the same clothed, pressure-point and stretching approach people know as shiatsu, blended with our therapists' Chinese training.
